He said that rates of balance residential plots in Urban Estate Dharuhera had been fixed from Rs 2,400 to Rs 3,200 per sq.mtr. and in Gurgaon Urban Estate, these ranged from Rs 8,900 to Rs 17,100 per sq.mtr. Rates for the plots in Kosli Urban Estate and Narnaul Urban Estate had been fixed atRs 2,200 per sq.mtr. and Rs 3,100 per sq.mtr. respectively.
Rates in Urban Estate Rewari ranged from Rs 5,000 to Rs 9,500 per sq.mtr.; in Bhiwani from Rs 1,100 to Rs 3,100 per sq.mtr.; in Fatehabad from Rs 4,100 to Rs 7,600 per sq.mtr.; in Hisar fromRs 2,400 to Rs 7,500 per sq.mtr.; in Hansi from Rs 2,400 to Rs 7,400 per sq.mtr.; in Jind from Rs 2,500 to Rs 7,900 per sq.mtr.; in Sirsa Rs 4,000 to Rs 7,400 per sq.mtr.; in Ambala from Rs 5,000 to Rs 6 ,900 per sq.mtr.; in Jagadhari from Rs 5,900 to Rs 7,400 per sq.mtr. and in Panchkula from Rs 7,500 to Rs 10,300 per sq.mtr.,
The spokesman said that rates of residential plots in Dabwali, Kalanwali, Ellenabad, Adampur and Bhattu Urban Estates had been fixed at Rs 2,100 per sq.mtr., whereas for Ratia and Tohana Urban Estates, these had been fixed at Rs 2,400 per sq.mtr. and Rs 2,600 per sq.mtr. respectively. Rates for residential plots in Guhla Cheeka and Naraingarh Urban Estates had been fixed at Rs 6,400 per sq.mtr. and Rs 3,100 per sq.mtr. respectively. Similarly, rates for the plots in Pundri and Pehowa Urban Estates had been fixed at Rs 4,000 per sq.mtr. and Rs 4,300 per sq.mtr. respectively, he added.
He said that rates of residential plots in Urban Estate Kurukshetra ranged from Rs 3,200 to Rs 4,000 per sq.mtr.; in Kaithal from Rs 4,700 to Rs 10,800 per sq.mtr.; in Karnal fromRs 6 ,000 to Rs 8,700 per sq.mtr.; in Bahadurgarh from Rs 3,500 to Rs 7,900 per sq.mtr.; in Jhajjar from Rs 7,200 to Rs 9,600 per sq.mtr.; in Panipat from Rs 4,300 to Rs 7,800 per sq.mtr.; in Rohtak from Rs 3,500 to Rs 9,600 per sq.mtr.; in Sonipat from Rs 5,900 to Rs 9,300 per sq.mtr. and in Gohana Urban Estate, rates had been fixed atRs 2,100 per sq.mtr.
