HUDA fixed rates for Faridabad Plots

Huda Faridabad - Residential plots in the various sectors of Faridabad Urban Estate had been fixed from Rs 6,500 to Rs 12,900 per sq.mtr. and Rs 4,200 per sq.mtr. in Palwal Urban Estate.
He said that rates of balance residential plots in Urban Estate Dharuhera had been fixed from Rs 2,400 to Rs 3,200 per sq.mtr. and in Gurgaon Urban Estate, these ranged from Rs 8,900 to Rs 17,100 per sq.mtr. Rates for the plots in Kosli Urban Estate and Narnaul Urban Estate had been fixed atRs 2,200 per sq.mtr. and Rs 3,100 per sq.mtr. respectively.

Rates in Urban Estate Rewari ranged from Rs 5,000 to Rs 9,500 per sq.mtr.; in Bhiwani from Rs 1,100 to Rs 3,100 per sq.mtr.; in Fatehabad from Rs 4,100 to Rs 7,600 per sq.mtr.; in Hisar fromRs 2,400 to Rs 7,500 per sq.mtr.; in Hansi from Rs 2,400 to Rs 7,400 per sq.mtr.; in Jind from Rs 2,500 to Rs 7,900 per sq.mtr.; in Sirsa Rs 4,000 to Rs 7,400 per sq.mtr.; in Ambala from Rs 5,000 to Rs 6 ,900 per sq.mtr.; in Jagadhari from Rs 5,900 to Rs 7,400 per sq.mtr. and in Panchkula from Rs 7,500 to Rs 10,300 per sq.mtr.,


The spokesman said that rates of residential plots in Dabwali, Kalanwali, Ellenabad, Adampur and Bhattu Urban Estates had been fixed at Rs 2,100 per sq.mtr., whereas for Ratia and Tohana Urban Estates, these had been fixed at Rs 2,400 per sq.mtr. and Rs 2,600 per sq.mtr. respectively. Rates for residential plots in Guhla Cheeka and Naraingarh Urban Estates had been fixed at Rs 6,400 per sq.mtr. and Rs 3,100 per sq.mtr. respectively. Similarly, rates for the plots in Pundri and Pehowa Urban Estates had been fixed at Rs 4,000 per sq.mtr. and Rs 4,300 per sq.mtr. respectively, he added.

He said that rates of residential plots in Urban Estate Kurukshetra ranged from Rs 3,200 to Rs 4,000 per sq.mtr.; in Kaithal from Rs 4,700 to Rs 10,800 per sq.mtr.; in Karnal fromRs 6 ,000 to Rs 8,700 per sq.mtr.; in Bahadurgarh from Rs 3,500 to Rs 7,900 per sq.mtr.; in Jhajjar from Rs 7,200 to Rs 9,600 per sq.mtr.; in Panipat from Rs 4,300 to Rs 7,800 per sq.mtr.; in Rohtak from Rs 3,500 to Rs 9,600 per sq.mtr.; in Sonipat from Rs 5,900 to Rs 9,300 per sq.mtr. and in Gohana Urban Estate, rates had been fixed atRs 2,100 per sq.mtr.
The spokesman said that rates fixed for the industrial plots in various Urban Estates ranged from Rs 1,000 to Rs 5,400 per sq.mtr. and rates of institutional plots ranged from Rs 3,000 to Rs 7,500 per sq.mtr. and rates for institutional plots in City Centres of various Urban Estates ranged from Rs 8,400 to Rs 32,900 per sq.mtr. The rates of institutional plots in Sector 18, 32 and 44-A, Gurgaon and Sector 20-A and B, Faridabad ranged from Rs 9,600 to Rs 35,800 per sq.mtr.

Huda Faridabad Plots Draw on june 21 ‎

Huda Faridabad Plots Draw will be declare on June 21. More than 2.50 lakh people who had applied for residential plots in Faridabad. Huda Faridabad has decided to hold the draw of the residential plots on June 21.

“We have decided to hold draw of various residential plots at Faridabad and Palwal on June 21 at sports stadium in Sector 12, Faridabad”, Arvind Malhan, Estates Officer, Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA), Faridabad told HT on Tuesday.




Haryana Government had announced invitations for allotment of 2000 residential plots in Faridabad on Haryana Day i.e on November 1, 2009.

Though HUDA Faridabad had invited application for allotment of residential plots in 16 townships of Haryana, Huda Faridabad topped the list with about 2000 residential plots announced for allotment. The scheme commenced on November, 06, 2009 and the bookings ended on 5th of January, 2010.

The list of the applicants has been put on HUDA’s official website www.huda.gov.in.

The highest rate per square metre was in Sector 56 and 56 A where the price had been fixed at Rs 10,763 in 1 kanal (traditional unit of land, roughly .125 acres) category followed by Rs 9,900 in 1 kanal, 14 marla (20 marlas make a kanal) and 10 marla categories in Sector 2. The lowest rate is Rs 5,580 per square metre for six marla category in Sector 64.
